We all want to succeed, but how does workplace bullying affect you? Workplace bullying is a serious problem that can deeply affect the mental, physical and financial health of your team. The Canada Safety Council reports that in the workplace, one person in six has been bullied and one in five has witnessed a co-worker being bullied.

Although it can include physical abuse or the threat of abuse, workplace bullying usually causes psychological harm. Hear how to create a workplace environment that cultivates teamwork, cooperation, and positive interaction to increase your team’s performance and results. Also, discover ways to figure out if you’re dealing with a bully or a difficult person.
