Annalisa King, Corporate Director & Governance Committee Chair
Annalisa King is the Chair of the Governance Committee for the Vancouver Airport Authority and also sits on three TSX public company boards, Saputo Inc., First Capital Realty Inc., and The North West Company Inc., as well as a private board, the Templeton Designer Outlet Centre Partnership. She contributes as a member of the audit committees and two HR committees on her public boards.
Annalisa was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy Canada Ltd. From 2008 to 2016, Where, in addition to her finance responsibilities, she also led the Information Technology, Ecommerce Technology, Data security, Legal and Real Estate functions. Prior to joining Best Buy Canada Ltd., Annalisa was the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation for Maple Leaf Foods in Toronto, and prior to that Vice President of finance for Maple Leaf Foods.
Jacquoline Martin, Founder and Executive Director of Vancouver Outreach
Jacquoline Martin is the Founder and Executive Director of Vancouver Outreach; a bi-weekly distribution program to the less fortunate in Vancouver, British Columbia. Since inception in October 2016, Vancouver Outreach has delivered over 40,000 items to those in need. In addition, Ms. Martin has been working in the social sector as a whole for over a decade – allotting time to organizations devoted to making change in the field of homelessness, anti-bullying, social isolation, social housing, advocating for persons with disabilities and the field of advancement toward gender equality.
Liz Grant, Principal Consultant, LoganHR
Liz is an experienced Career Management & Human Resources Leader with over 25 years’ experience delivering innovative solutions to achieve business results. As Principal Consultant with LoganHR she holds accountability for managing our career management business. As a coach, her passion is in guiding clients to develop a clear understanding of their vision, strengths, career opportunities and develop action plans to achieve goals. She works with her clients to determine what is truly important, discover new possibilities and creates accountability that drive change.
Prior to joining LoganHR, Liz worked for a global career and talent management consulting firm where she held roles including Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant and National Practice Leader. She is best known for her leadership, planning and organizing skills and the ability to achieve results and delight her clients. She has worked with hundreds of clients from a broad range of industries in both Canada and the U.S.
Liz received her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) from The University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and has completed her Co-Active Coaching Certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is certified in a wide array of assessment tools including The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, Birkman and DISC.
