Sherri Stevens
Owner and CEO, Women’s Executive Network (WXN) and Canadian Board Diversity Council (CBDC), Sherri Stevens, Owner and CEO of WXN and CBDC and Founder and President of SRG-USA, is an award-winning entrepreneur, visionary and lifelong advocate, dedicated to the advancement of diversity and inclusivity in management, executive and professional board roles. She takes great pride in the crusade to support and inspire others to lead and use their collective impact to break barriers and shatter ceilings.

As an expert on business strategy, change management, and workforce development, Sherri has been recognized by numerous professional organizations, most notably as the recipient of the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Momentum, as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 in the category of Entrepreneur and has been named to the Profit W100 list 9 years running. Beyond her business accolades, Sherri’s positive impact over the years has provided meaningful work for thousands of people, helped companies sustain productive workforces and supported communities across North America.

Françoise E. Lyon
Présidente et associée directrice, DGC Capital et Présidente du conseil d’administration de l’AFFQ, Mme Lyon occupe le poste de Présidente et Associée principale chez DGC Capital depuis septembre 2017. Elle cumule plus de 27 ans d’expérience dans des postes-cadres au sein de l’industrie de la finance pour des firmes d’envergure telles Merrill Lynch, Banque Nationale du Canada et Bank of America.

Mme Lyon détient un BAA de HEC Montréal et un Certificat en Gestion de relations publiques avec honneurs de l’Université McGill. Elle détient le titre professionnel d’Administrateur Agréé depuis 1996 et cumule plusieurs cours spécialisés et accréditations dans l’industrie financière.

Mme Lyon s’implique dans la communauté depuis les touts débuts de sa carrière, surtout au niveau du mentorat de jeunes femmes et hommes dans l’industrie de la finance, et cumule près de 20 ans d’expérience sur des Conseils d’organismes à but non lucratif, de Fondations, d’associations professionnelles et autres.
